Larry B. Morris : President

With over 45 years of home, business, termite, sewer and water inspection experience, Larry has proudly grown Neal Development since taking over as president and CEO in 2010 to the premier inspection company we are today. He has performed over 10,000 inspections over the years/ Some of his projects include hospitals, apartment complexes, shopping centers and other large commercial projects, along with the home inspections he has conducted. Larry has also overseen the rehabilitation of manholes, lift stations and treatment plants. He has also Provided on site owners representative services and oversight for over 40 financial institutions on an independent consultant basis to monitor construction progress, contract and specification compliance, pay request review, permit and regulatory compliance.

Larry holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky. 

Ellen Yarckin : V.P.

Ellen has over 20 years experience in the home inspection industry. As the owner of Evolution Orlando, she was responsible for acquisition, sales, rehabilitation, managing and developing 35 properties. We are proud to have her as the Vice President of Neal Development. Where she will oversee Human Resources, IT, systems and procedures for all Personnel

Ellen holds a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Rutgers University and a masters degree from Rollins College along with the following licenses.

Carolyn Sack : Construction Consultant

With over 30 years in the building management industry, We are proud to have Carolyn bring her expertise as a state certified residential contractor to our company. She was the Qualifier and purchasing director of the Plantation in Leesburg, FL. She also monitored construction of the complex, as well as monitored all quality controls in the construction and maintenance of the Plantation. She also served as purchasing manager at Holiday Builders and Baybrook Homes before joining the Neal Development Group. 

Originally from Chicago, Carolyn holds a bachelors degree from Bradley University majoring in marketing. She is also a state certified residential contractor for the state of Florida
